Pivot Aligner

As the name suggests, the pivot aligner helps get washers, bushings, blades and handles in alignment so that pivots are easier to insert. Featuring a knurled handle for grip and purchase when aligning.

The purpose of this tool isn't necessarily to go all the way through the pivot hole. The tapered end allows you to manipulate the hardware in place. As such it will help align any pivot hole, regardless of the size.

Our team needed a tool to help line everything up when inserting pivot bolts into trainers. We tried a few options available on the market, like indiana_john_flips amazing pivotneedle (highly recommend checking these out) and the Will Hirch aligner bit, however, we ended up gravitating to stubbie screwdrivers that we ground to a point. The screwdriver handle allowed for much easier manipulation and better grip when forcing pivot holes to align, especially when assembling heaps of trainers at a time. From there, we decided to produce a purpose-designed version out of solid stainless steel.
